Insights Discovery

Working with the Insights evaluator tool, we can support your teams in understanding their own behavioural and communication preferences and those of others to enhance effective communication and collaboration. This can be done through one-to-one profile discussions and coaching, and group workshops designed to meet your specific needs.

Insights Discovery is a simple yet powerful tool that helps people understand themselves and others better, using four easy-to-remember colour energies. Based on Jungian psychology, it highlights personality preferences and communication styles, making it easier to build stronger relationships, improve teamwork, and boost performance. It’s beneficial in leadership, personal development, and team dynamics. Insights Discovery is a tool that helps people understand their personality and how they naturally work and communicate. It uses four colours—red, yellow, green, and blue—to describe different styles, such as being outgoing, thoughtful, calm, or driven. It’s invaluable for improving teamwork, communication, and self-awareness, both at work and in everyday life.

  • A series of modular workshops designed to align with your organisation and support the specific needs of your leaders.  With a strong focus on communication and collaboration, we take a blended approach with practical workshops, discussion, personal study and feedback, coaching, and, if preferred, utilising Insights Discovery as a foundation for the group’s development.

  • This modular programme, Licensed by People 1st, takes supervisors and first time managers though a series of learning activities and interventions with a strong focus on communication and leadership and what is required to lead a cohesive and productive team. The participants could also have the opportunity to work on a pre-defined project which can be then presented at a certificate awards and ‘graduation’ ceremony.

    It comprises of six – one-day modules and can be tailored to specific needs within the business.  The participants are also supported by one-to-one coaching throughout the programme.  There is a broad range of subjects including:

  • Designed to align with your own interviewing and recruitment processes, this programme will support participants in giving structure to the interviewing conversation, raise awareness of some of the pitfalls that may be encountered and allow each person to develop effective questioning skills, increasing the chance of making the right hiring decisions for the business.

  • A highly practical workshop designed for those who deliver presentations or who may want to build confidence in managing effective meetings. It looks at both the design and structure of presentations and developing the skills of delivery.  It can be delivered over the course of one day or divided into separate modules, incorporating:

  • We can design and deliver a programme to support your own appraisal or performance review programme, taking into account the fundamental skills needed to manage the process effectively, such as:  understanding the importance of appraisals and the impact they have on individuals and the business; the importance and structure of an appraisal conversation – not just a ‘tick box’ exercise and some effective techniques to ensure that the process has a positive and meaningful outcome.  This could be delivered during the course of a day or in separate ‘express’ modules.

  • Guest engagement and communication are such broad and diverse areas, so our approach is always shaped by the specific needs of your team and business.  Training can range from exploring the diverse expectations of guests and clients, highlighting that exceptional service isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, to refining your internal standards for consistent, impactful engagement.

    We also offer targeted sessions on service recovery strategies, modern telephone etiquette and best practices for professional communication via email and messaging platforms, ensuring your team feels confident and capable across every guest or internal interaction.
