Working with the Insights evaluator tool, we can support your teams in understanding their own behavioural and communication preferences and those of others to enhance effective communication and collaboration. This can be done through one-to-one profile discussions and coaching, and group workshops designed to meet your specific needs.

Based on Jungian psychology, it highlights personality preferences and communication styles, making it easier to build stronger relationships, improve teamwork, and boost performance. It’s beneficial in leadership, personal development, and team dynamics. Insights Discovery is a tool that helps people understand their personality and how they naturally work and communicate. It uses four colours—red, yellow, green, and blue—to describe different styles, such as being outgoing, thoughtful, calm, or driven. It’s invaluable for improving teamwork, communication, and self-awareness, both at work and in everyday life.

This modular programme, Licensed by People 1st, takes supervisors and first time managers though a series of learning activities and interventions with a strong focus on communication and leadership and what is required to lead a cohesive and productive team. The participants could also have the opportunity to work on a pre-defined project which can be then presented at a certificate awards and ‘graduation’ ceremony.
